Dallas Cowboys Season Review:

2008 marked the second season of the coaching duo of Head Coach Wade Philipps and Offensive Coordinator, Jason Garrett who were trying to match an awesome 13-3 season in 2007 and wanted to put an end to the 11 year playoffs win drought.

The 2008 Dallas Cowboys Season also marked the last season to be played at the world famous Texas Stadium home field of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys for 38 seasons starting in October of 1971.  In 2009, the Cowboys were set to move to the $1.15 billion AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

The season ended and their tenure at Texas Stadium also ended when the Cowboys were blown out by the arch NFC east rivals Philadelphia Eagles by a score of 44–6.  The cowboys ended the season at 9-7 are did not qualify for the NFL post season.
